Direct Support Professional - Western, NE

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings by maintaining consistent engagement, fostering independence, and ensuring safe environments. Provide person-centered support including personal hygiene, medication administration, transportation, and skill-building to encourage self-advocacy and social connections. Utilize Positive Support Programs to guide daily interactions while providing accurate shift documentation. Work independently to uphold rights and promote meaningful life experiences. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of background checks. Schedule includes weekdays 7am-5pm, evenings 3pm-10pm, overnight shifts, and weekend days 8am-3pm.
