Job Summary
Assist a young man with a disability in increasing communication and independent living skills while engaging him in recreational activities. Provide one-on-one support, ensuring the individual remains involved in daily life. Log daily times and service documentation electronically with attention to detail. Travel to the client using reliable transportation, with mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Maintain a schedule of up to 15 hours per week, including evenings on Mondays and Wednesdays and full days on Fridays.
