Job Summary
Support individuals with personal care, daily routines, and medication management while helping them develop daily living skills and achieve personal goals. Provide supervision in residential and rehabilitation programs, facilitate community outings, appointments, and recreational activities, and maintain accurate documentation of services. Create a safe, positive environment by building meaningful relationships and treating everyone with dignity and respect. Work flexible shifts including weekends and on-call rotations. Valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to lift 50 pounds required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist individuals as needed
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends
- Ability to pass required background checks
