Job Summary

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily routines including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and personal care while promoting their independence and dignity. Support clients in engaging in activities such as music, work, movies, and community events, advocating for their rights and building trust through consistent, respectful presence. Maintain clear records to ensure continuity of care and provide physical assistance when needed, including lifting up to 75 pounds and operating agency vehicles. Work weekends from 9 AM to 9 PM with a requirement for a valid driver's license, two years of driving experience, and completion of Medication Technician Training. Required Qualifications

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience and no more than 3 points
  • Comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting people who use wheelchairs
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and provide physical assistance when needed
  • Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)
