Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role supporting one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 18 months to 8 years; responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, facilitating learning through play, staying active during therapy, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Opportunity to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire; full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with optional Saturdays); location in Greeley, CO; includes guaranteed full-time hours and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
