Direct Support Professional

Support individuals with daily living skills including housekeeping, cooking, hygiene, and self-administration of medications. Build relationships with people with disabilities by learning their individual differences in ability, personality, interests, and preferences. Work closely with Resident Team Members to provide positive behavior support, role modeling, and guidance toward personal goals while prioritizing health and safety. Transport individuals to medical appointments and community activities, accurately administering and charting medications. Collaborate with each individual to foster growth and teamwork. This entry-level role offers full-time, part-time, and relief shifts with competitive pay starting at $18.19 per hour. Paid training is provided to learn all necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful in the DSP role.
