Job Summary
Join RHA Health Services as a Direct Support Professional, where you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those facing mental health and substance use challenges. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in identifying their needs, implementing personalized services to achieve their goals, and working collaboratively within a care team environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have a high school diploma or GED. Physical requirements include lifting and mobility capabilities to perform essential functions.
