Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist persons supported with daily living activities in residential settings, including personal care and community participation. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal prep and household tasks, administering medications per policy, following ISP documentation, coordinating activities, facilitating community outings, and maintaining daily notes and medication logs; work with the Residential Manager and team to support independence, inclusion, and dignity.
