Direct Support Professional - Vocational

Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at vocational work sites by maintaining consistent engagement, encouraging self-advocacy, and providing person-centered supports for daily living, social connections, and recreational participation. Deliver transportation services, assist with personal hygiene and medical needs including medication administration, and utilize Positive Support Programs to guide interactions. Create safe environments, intervene in aggressive situations when necessary, and provide accurate shift documentation. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and completion of background checks. This role fosters independence and community inclusion for those with disabilities.
