Job Summary
Direct Support Professional duties include providing hands-on support with kindness, assisting with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, daily living skills), following individualized care plans and documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. May involve travel between Residential and Day programs; requires the ability to lift/pull 50+ lbs and a valid U.S. driver’s license with specified driving history.
