Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) providing hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and promoting community engagement. Role may involve travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license with stated driving-history requirements. Part-time schedule includes Tue 6a-8p and Wed 6a-8p at specific sites. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
