Job Summary
Direct Support Professional provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual/behavioral challenges, follow individualized care plans, assist with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), document progress, administer medications per policy, maintain a safe environment, use approved behavior support techniques, and encourage community engagement; some DSP roles may travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift 50+ lbs.
