Direct Support Professional providing Home & Community Based Services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on emotional and physical support, promoting independence and community participation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by Beyond Borders and/or State regulations.
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information.
