Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, or behavioral diagnoses. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), companionship, effective communication, light housekeeping, maintaining a safe environment, helping individuals meet goals/outcomes, and promoting community involvement (outings, errands). Requires High School Diploma or GED, active driver’s license, and comfort using a mobile device to log visits (EVV) with reliable internet access. Flexible scheduling available; positions include part-time and full-time shifts with weekday, weekend, and evening options in Lewistown, PA and surrounding areas. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Must have active/current driver’s license
- Must use mobile device to log visits and track service hours (EVV) with reliable internet access
