Direct Support Professional

Provide one-on-one, non-medical support to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses. Assist with personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Ensure a safe environment by teaching basic safety skills while promoting community involvement through outings and activities. Log visits and track service hours using a mobile device for Electronic Visit Verification compliance. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours across Honesdale, Hawley, and Carbondale, PA, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, including vacation days, paid time off, and holiday pay. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with prior Direct Support Professional experience.
