Job Summary
Direct Support Professional to provide one-on-one support to individuals with ID/DD, assisting with daily routines, personal care, and community involvement while following care plans to meet each client’s goals. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines (cooking, cleaning, personal care), helping clients engage with the community, following care plans and goals, documenting notes, ensuring safety and well‐being, and communicating with families and the team. Requires dependable, flexible, and good communication skills, ability to work independently, and a high school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year caregiving experience; valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid/AED (or willingness to obtain); smartphone usage. Schedule includes part-time hours with morning or weekend shifts as described; pay is $24.00/hour with related benefits.
Required Qualifications

- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Ability to pass a state required background check
