Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect, assisting individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in daily living skills such as dressing, toileting, hygiene, and feeding. Follow individualized care plans, document progress, and administer medications in accordance with policy while maintaining a safe environment. Use approved behavior support techniques and encourage community engagement, noting that some roles require travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean record or limited points, plus the ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points
- At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
- Must be available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts from 8 am to 10 pm
