Direct Support Professional

Provide an atmosphere that stimulates residents' development of self-confidence and self-worth while actively engaging them in positive social interactions. Manage daily program development, goal work, and personal fund assistance for residents on duty. Complete comprehensive documentation covering daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual records for all assigned residents. Maintain open communication with the Program Director and staff to uphold organizational policies and foster teamwork. This role requires a sincere desire to support individuals with social and emotional disabilities, with a minimum age of 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.
