Job Summary
Support individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities by assisting with household chores, meal preparation, and community involvement. Manage all direct-care duties and Activities of Daily Life, including ensuring the Health & Safety of the individual. Help clients work toward personal goals while building professional relationships that promote dignity, respect, and self-determination. This role requires lifting 75 pounds or more and includes a valid driver's license. Focus Behavioral Health offers paid training, sign-on bonuses, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules for candidates in select locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background clearances
- Must be able to assist individuals with getting up, walking, and moving by lifting or guiding when necessary
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more at times

Desired Qualifications
- Students pursuing degrees in psychology, social work, education, nursing, healthcare, or related fields
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver
