Direct Support Professional

Support individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities by assisting with household chores, meal preparation, and community involvement. Manage all direct-care duties and Activities of Daily Life, ensuring the Health & Safety of the individual while helping them build skills, increase independence, and reach personal goals. Establish positive relationships that promote dignity, respect, and self-determination. This role requires a compassionate, dependable mindset and the ability to lift 75 pounds or more. Candidates must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and pass criminal background clearances. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available, with paid training and sign-on bonuses offered.
