Job Summary
Establish and maintain a safe, caring environment for adults with developmental disabilities and Autism through interactive engagement and adherence to individualized service plans. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and basic housekeeping, while transporting them to medical appointments, community outings, and volunteer commitments. Follow behavioral and medical support protocols strictly to enable independent living. This temporary assignment requires a CDS Certificate, First Aid/CPR, and Safety Care certification, along with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, work holidays, and handle inclement weather. Flu and other required vaccinations are mandatory.
