Direct Support Professional - TBI Day Program

Direct Support Professional in a 12-month, full-time daytime program in Canandaigua, NY. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and supervision of individuals with disabilities, implementing program plans, delivering therapeutic and behavioral supports, leading small group and community activities, and assisting with activities of daily living. The role requires collaboration with the Program Specialist, documentation of participant progress, maintaining program materials and cleanliness of spaces, and driving agency vehicles to facilitate community-based activities.
