Job Summary
Support an individual with a developmental disability in building independence, participating in community activities, and working toward personal health and wellness goals. Encourage participation in exercise, recreational activities, walking programs, and other community-based opportunities that promote a healthy lifestyle. Provide consistent, person-centered support while developing safety skills, increasing independence, and building confidence while navigating various community settings. Log daily time, mileage, and service documentation electronically with attention to detail. This role requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance, a background check, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers a rate of $20.30 per hour for direct support, plus mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k match. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must possess a valid email address
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance if required for the job assigned
- Must demonstrate sound decision-making skills

- Must have basic reasoning skills including the ability to analyze and problem solve
- Must be able to tolerate a moderate noise level in the work environment
- Must be able to handle distractions
- Must have the ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including sitting, standing, using hands to reach, walk, push, or lift up to 50 pounds
- Background checks required
