Job Summary
Assist with supportive home care, personal care needs, meal preparation, and light housekeeping for a 40-year-old man with Angelman syndrome living independently in Eau Claire. Provide companionship, encourage participation in community activities, and offer transportation while following the individual's support plan to promote dignity and independence. Complete required documentation and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Part-time role available with primary shifts every other weekend from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., plus fill-in opportunities. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour. Background check required; paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record
- Be dependable, reliable, and able to work independently
- Successfully complete a background check
