Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in meeting basic needs, including personal care, daily living skills, and social integration. Build trusting relationships with clients to foster their independence, dignity, and well-being while providing tailored support based on unique requirements. Perform basic data entry using Microsoft software and maintain accurate records. Work swing shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and effective communication in English. CNA certification and 1 to 2 years of caregiving experience in a registered or medical facility are preferred. Applicants must pass a DSHS background check.
