Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals work in client homes, community settings, and outpatient offices to provide assistance in skill building and independent living. This position offers opportunities for extensive training, professional development, and a career in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field, if desired. Collaborate closely with technicians, clinical staff, and families; implement feedback from clinical and administrative staff; demonstrate empathy, reliability, and strong communication as you support individuals with autism, developmental differences, and behavioral/mental health concerns.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings
- Day and evening availability (weekends may be required)
