Direct Support Professional Supervisor

Lead and support residential counselor staff during assigned shifts by providing coaching, feedback, and real-time guidance while ensuring the safety and well-being of both youth and employees. Monitor the milieu, maintain appropriate client-to-staff ratios, and coordinate relief staffing as needed to cultivate a therapeutic environment that supports emotional regulation and positive behavior. Ensure daily programming schedules are followed, participate in facility upkeep and room checks, and review treatment plans and safety documents. Complete shift notes, logs, medication documentation, and incident reports accurately and timely. Utilize CPI de-escalation techniques to prevent and manage crisis situations, applying physical management interventions only when necessary in accordance with training.
