Job Summary
Provide hands-on Direct Support Professional services to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges; assist with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, and other daily living skills; follow individualized care plans, document progress, and administer medications in accordance with policy; maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment; use approved behavior support techniques; encourage community engagement and participation; some DSP roles require travel between Residential and Day programs; must have a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift 50+ lbs; opportunity for paid training and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!)
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving history requirements as stated
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
