Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges by providing hands-on support with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and bathing. Responsibilities also include following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and valid U.S. driver's license. Experience in disability services is preferred but not mandatory, and training is provided.
