Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect, assisting with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and bathing while following individualized care plans and documenting progress. Administer medications in accordance with policy, maintain a safe and clean environment, and use approved behavior support techniques to encourage community engagement. Some roles require travel between Residential and Day programs. This direct support role is part of Chimes' mission-driven nonprofit, where compassion meets purpose to empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points
- At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sun, Mon, Tues: 8 am - 8 pm)
