Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Chimes, you will empower individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges by providing hands-on support with kindness and respect. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, following individualized care plans, administering medications, maintaining a safe environment, and using approved behavior support techniques. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, and experience in disability services is preferred but not required. A valid U.S. driver's license with a suitable driving record is necessary.
