Job Summary
Provide compassionate support for daily living activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care while implementing individualized care plans. Encourage participation in community events, assist with transportation to appointments, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Build meaningful relationships with individuals served, families, and colleagues by communicating effectively and monitoring changes in health or behavior. Serve as a positive role model demonstrating patience, respect, and empathy. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High School Diploma or GED required with preferred experience in developmental disabilities or caregiving.
