Direct Support Professional- SUD - 1st Shift Weekends Only

Conduct daily client routines, monitor safety, and ensure proper intake and discharge procedures. Complete all required daily documentation, including shift reports, census tracking, and medication records. Supervise visitations, manage unit supply inventory, and ensure client rooms are cleaned following discharge. Lead recreational and educational group sessions, assist with therapy homework, and support clients in attending community support groups. Act as a resource liaison for referral needs and provide transportation as assigned. Perform other duties as directed by the Program Supervisor.
