Job Summary
Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect, assisting individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in daily living skills including dressing, toileting, hygiene, and feeding. Follow individualized care plans, document progress, and administer medications in accordance with policy while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Use approved behavior support techniques and encourage community engagement, with some roles requiring travel between Residential and Day programs. This position offers paid training, ongoing professional development, and medical plans starting at $6.90/month.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- At least 3 years of unsuspended driving history with no more than 3 points
- At least 2 years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record
