Job Summary
Coordinate active treatment on-site in Adult Foster Care homes, Community Living Services residences, or private settings for individuals with physical, cognitive, and behavioral disabilities. Assist clients with cooking, cleaning, community integration, health management, and personal care needs. Provide two work references demonstrating good performance and attendance, maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License with an acceptable driving record, and pass a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, medical clearance, and Michigan Long-term Care screening. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Two work references demonstrating good performance and attendance
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
