Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing direct care to individuals with disabilities on 2nd shift. Responsibilities include implementing skill-building activities to promote independence (e.g., meal planning and preparation, shopping, budgeting, attending community events and outings), assisting with personal hygiene and grooming, advocating for individuals served, documenting goals and progress, and providing incidental transportation as needed. Requires ability to perform daily living tasks, monitor health and safety, maintain documentation (timecards, service documentation, expenses), and coordinate with supervisors and stakeholders. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance. Night and weekend availability; training provided. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience is preferred but not required and paid training is provided
