Job Summary
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings; assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs; help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition; develop real, meaningful relationships with the participants; support participation in community activities and promote independence; demonstrate compassionate, reliable care and effective teamwork while ensuring safety and well-being during shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
