Job Summary
Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting their developmental goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist people with personal hygiene and manage behavioral challenges for those with complex needs. Take initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy favorite activities. This role requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. Full-time second shift position with competitive hourly pay starting at $17.
