Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional at Sevita providing community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist participants with personal hygiene, support development of goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and help participants participate in the community. Responsibilities include building meaningful relationships, showing compassion and reliability, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring participant well-being. The role requires a valid South Carolina driver’s license with access to a vehicle, and shifts include Morning, Afternoon, and Nights at Edwards Road, Lyman, SC (with additional Greenville, SC location support). Pay is $15.81 per hour, with full benefits for full-time employees, including PTO and a 401(k) with company match. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
