Job Summary
Direct Support Professional responsible for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a group-home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants pursue community activities, and supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Requires compassionate, patient, reliable individuals with strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills. Must have a valid driver’s license with 1 year of driving experience.
