Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them participate in community activities. Provide direct care for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including support for complex needs. Maintain valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Work Monday through Friday evenings and weekends, with pay on demand and full benefits for full-time employees.
