Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing community-based care to individuals with developmental disabilities; responsible for assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participants in daily activities and community involvement, and helping participants achieve personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Must demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and strong communication and teamwork. Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred; valid driver's license required. Evening/night shifts and location in Henrico, VA with full benefits and competitive pay. This role emphasizes building real relationships with participants and supporting their well-being and independence.
