Job Summary
Build meaningful, respectful relationships with individuals you support while assisting with daily living skills like hygiene, meals, and routines. Encourage participation in community activities and help maintain a safe, positive home environment for those with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Provide calm, consistent support for individuals with behavioral needs and work closely with your team to support each person's goals. This part-time role offers $16.00/hour with on-demand pay and requires a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (held for at least one year)
- Access to a registered, insured vehicle
- Ability to support individuals in home and community settings
