Job Summary
Caregiver role delivering training, assistance and supervision to individuals in living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings. Provide daily support such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration. Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served, accompany them on outings, and provide transportation to work or activities. Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans. Requires High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, 18+, successful background checks, compassionate attitude, strong communication, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License from state of residence for minimum 1 year with excellent driving record
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Successful clearance of background checks

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
