Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role providing residential and treatment foster care services under Indiana Mentor Sevita. You will assist participants with personal hygiene, help them pursue developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and support participation in community activities. The position emphasizes compassionate, patient caregiving, building real relationships, and contributing to participants’ growth and wellbeing in a team-driven environment. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; prior experience in human services or direct care is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
