Job Summary
Direct Support Professional for Sevita’s REM Woodvale site in Austin, MN. You’ll provide community-based direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, assist with personal hygiene, support participation in activities, help participants pursue developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition), and build meaningful relationships. Requires compassion, patience, reliability, strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management; valid driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required. Wage is $18.54/hour with every-other-weekend evening shifts (4pm–9pm); full benefits for full-time employees and a 401(k) plan are highlighted in the posting. Experience in human services preferred.
