Job Summary
Provide person-centered supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings; assist with personal hygiene; support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs; help participants achieve developmental goals (e.g., budgeting, exercise, nutrition); build real, meaningful relationships with participants; demonstrate compassion, patience, reliability, and teamwork; require a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with insurance; opportunities include competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
