Direct Support Professional

Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals you serve while supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who have behavioral challenges and complex needs. Take initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities. You'll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. This part-time Autism Program role requires a valid driver's license in good standing and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Schedule includes Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., plus every other weekend from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. No high school diploma required; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
