Job Summary
Direct Support Professional in Grand Forks, ND (part-time) supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based services. Responsibilities include assisting participants with personal hygiene, helping with personal goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), supporting participation in community activities, and fostering meaningful relationships. Requires a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR; HS diploma or equivalent required; six months of related experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license for at least one year post permit and a clean MVR
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to contribute to personal hygiene support and daily activities
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Vehicle with proof of insurance
