Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges, helping participants participate in community activities, and aiding development of goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Requires compassion, patience, reliability, teamwork, and strong communication and time-management. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle with proof of insurance. Education of High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of experience in human services preferred.
